陶板生產(chǎn)
陶板是以天然陶土為主要原料，添加少量石英、浮石、長(cháng)石及色料等其它成分，經(jīng)過(guò)高壓擠出成型、低溫干燥及1200℃的高溫燒制而成，具有綠色環(huán)保、無(wú)輻射、色澤溫和、不會(huì )帶來(lái)光污染等特點(diǎn)。經(jīng)過(guò)燒制的陶板因熱脹冷縮會(huì )產(chǎn)生尺寸上的差異，經(jīng)高精度機械切割后，再經(jīng)檢驗合格方可供應市場(chǎng)。
陶板原料
陶板制品主要使用的原材料有陶土和加工助劑。陶土是呈多孔結構或片狀結構的水合氧化鋁或硅酸鎂，含有氧化鐵，氧化錳等化學(xué)成分，陶土與水混合后具有可塑性，干燥后保持外形，燒制可使其變得堅硬和耐久。我國主要的陶土大類(lèi)有：高嶺石Al2SiO5(OH)4，伊利石/云母 KAl3 Si3O10(OH)4，蒙托石Al2Si4O10(OH)2。種類(lèi)和可用性極大地取決于地質(zhì)分布。不同的陶土具有不同的化學(xué)組成、礦物成分、顆粒大小以及可塑性，這些差別會(huì )直接影響烘干和燒窯的條件。這也是為什么來(lái)自不同生產(chǎn)商的類(lèi)似產(chǎn)品會(huì )具有極大差異的原因。在原材料的制備中需要添加多種反應助劑，價(jià)格可能會(huì )非常昂貴。但是小小的用量（一般占總量的0.5%到2%）卻會(huì )帶來(lái)成品性質(zhì)的極大改變。例如：化鹽改善可塑性和干燥強度，碳酸鋇減少表面發(fā)白，二氧化錳改變顏色的穩定等等。陶土原料制備不理想直接出現石灰斑，銹漬，開(kāi)花，風(fēng)化，表面外觀(guān)受影響，膨脹起泡，內有雜質(zhì)，干燥與燒成出現裂紋及破損，色差，停工等一系列結果。

Ceramic plate materials
